I am so happy to be teaching classes in the Shelburne Area. This is definitely my sassy side! I love creating choreography and teaching barre. My playlists are banging and my intention is to give you an amazing class. Movement is so important in our lives. Classes run out of a beautiful spaces in Shelburne, Little Harbour and Lockeport

Our Signature Class. A Barre program that integrates elements of pilates, dance, cardio and strength training set to an awesome playlist. This class is our signature class derived from the PH method of Barre. A great class for beginners and every booty type that is filled with dynamic moves to tone and burn fat.
